Empowering young filmmakers through student school film competition β VIVA LA FILM PRIZE JUNIOR!
Film Prize Junior is the high school version of the award-winning Louisiana Film Prize for high school students, home school students of high school age (14-18), or equivalent private school students. Students who enter the competition are required to write a short script, film a narrative short movie of 3-10 minutes in length, and then submit it to Film Prize HQ. Films will then be shown and judg

In collaboration with Troubled Muse Studios, Film Prize Junior was able to provide participants with the opportunity to submit one poster for their short film to be entered into the new Film Prize Junior x Troubled Muse Poster Competition!
In the high school division, the Troubled Muse Poster Award went to "Briar Jo" from Dutchtown High School! In the middle school division, the award went to "Struggle Bus" from Caddo Middle Magnet!
Winners of the Troubled Muse Poster Competition received honors, a certificate, $250 for the sponsoring teacher, and a $1,500 tech bundle including a Mac Mini and accessories for the student's school!
