CrossFit SBC is an official CrossFit affiliate located in Shreveport, Louisana. We have the only Coached Olympic Lifting program in the region.
We are a strength & conditioning facility utilizing the methodologies of CrossFit, Olympic Lifting and other high performance systems of training. We cater programs for all ages (kids, adults, seniors) and all levels of fitness from the couch-level beginner to advanced competitors. If you have been looking for an opportunity to work on your bar muscle ups then this is it!
Coach Drew will be taking athletes through an intensive clinic focused on improving your bar muscle up consistency and stringing multiple reps together.
This gymnastics clinic is open to both members and non-members. Members can signup through the Wodify app while everyone can signup online through the link below!
In order to get the most out of this clinic we recommend that athletes interested can perform a minimum of 6 strict pull-ups, 8-10 kipping pull-ups, and 6-8 kipping chest to bar pull-ups. If you don’t quite have these down yet don’t be discouraged! Keep working on your strict pull-ups and gymnastics shapes during class! We will have more clinics in the future focused on other gymnastics movements and progression levels so stay tuned!
Spots are limited to keep the group to a manageable size.

Both Meagan and Lauren have worked extremely hard to earn the right to compete at this level. They represent the top 1% of female athletes who registered for the 2026 CrossFit Open in February.

Jennifer joined CrossFit SBC at the beginning of 2026 and one of her goals was to get her first pull-up.
After 6 months of hard work and showing up consistently Jennifer did not just 1 but 2 pull-ups today before the 8:30am class!!
The best part is the year is only half-way over! There is plenty of time for her to accomplish another goal or two.
Family and Community are who we are, but Fitness is the product we deliver. If you’re serious about getting in shape and accomplishing your fitness goals surrounded by a community of people who know you by name, this is the place for you!

It’s official!! Congratulations to our very own Ken Sanders () for qualifying for the 2026 Masters CrossFit Games (60-64)!
We are incredibly proud of you and all the hard work you’ve put in to reach this level!

With the halfway point of the year fast approaching and summer fun kicking off, we wanted to take a moment to encourage everyone with a few tips on how to stay on track with their 2026 fitness goals through this busy season!
1) Plan out your workouts ahead of time
-Create a weekly schedule and plan out what days/times you will prioritize working out that week. It may be with us at one of our class times or it may even be a quick run. Either way scheduling out your fitness helps create room in your schedule to get it done!
2) Hydrate
-Stay on top of your fluid intake by filling up and carrying a water bottle. Throughout your day aim to drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water as a baseline. Some adults may need more and some less but staying up on your hydration will help maximize your workouts when it comes time.
3) Invite a friend
-One of the best parts about working out in class is that you will never be working out alone! However, every now and then it can be fun to grab a friend and have them tag along! This brings a new level of excitement to your workout and acts a
planned social outing. Making your workouts more fun helps encourage you to stick with them!
Our classes provide everything you need from the workout to the coaching. All you need to do is find ways to be consistent and get to the gym!
We want you to enjoy your summer! Take those family vacations and go relax by the pool. But we also want to help you stick with your fitness goals through this busy season. Hopefully some of these tips can help!
