I wanted to let you know that 3 of our students are currently up at Ozark Adventist Academy at their annual We Are One event. The girls are having a good time up here at OAA. I was told that the Gentry Church will be live streaming the We Are One concert Saturday, March 28 at 3:00 pm. We would like to invite everyone to go to the gentryadventist.org website to watch the concert.

Last Thursday was an exciting day of learning beyond the classroom for our students at Shreveport Adventist Christian School!

Our K-4th grade students were able to explore the Louisiana State Museum, where students explored the rich history and culture of the state they call home. Meanwhile, our 5th-7th grade students also had the opportunity to visit the West Shreve Memorial Branch Library. Students enjoyed exploring books, learning about the resources available in our community, and made a vision board craft. The library provided such a welcoming and inspiring environment for our young learners.

We are so thankful to both the Louisiana State Museum and the West Shreve Memorial Branch Library for allowing us to visit and for investing in our students. Field trips like these help our children learn more about the state they live in—and about themselves.

We are grateful for these meaningful experiences that support our mission of nurturing hearts and minds. 💙

We are so happy to announce that last week, one of our students decided to give his life to Jesus! We will continue to pray for Nathan and his family. Let’s continue to keep our students and young people in our prayers!

🎄✨ **A Joyful End to the Semester at Shreveport Adventist Christian School!** ✨🎄

Our Christmas party was a wonderful way to celebrate the end of a busy and successful semester! After all the hard work our students put in over the past months, it was so nice to come together for a fun-filled day of celebration, laughter, and joy.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to our loacal Target for their generosity in donating “two Christmas trees and $150 worth of toys and prizes”, which helped make this event extra special. We are also grateful to our students for contributing to the party through their purchases from our school store—your support truly made a difference!

We hope all of our students and families enjoy a safe, restful, and happy Christmas break. 🎁
