We would like to honor those who served our country this Memorial Day! We also would like to honor our graduates that graduated from our school this year on Thursday, May 16, 2024. We had two 8th Grade graduates and one who graduated from Kindergarten. This past school year, the Lord has blessed us with amazing students and very supportive parents. Hello everyone,

We have been blessed to serve our 12 students in both their spiritual and academic journey. During this school year, we had people from our Shreveport-Bossier area who expressed interest in our school. As another school year comes to a close, we would like to invite those who are interested in enrollment for next school year. We would like to invite you all to come to our Classroom Open House which will be held on next Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 8 AM to 12 PM. Although our specified population are students going into Kindergarten, students progressing to grades 1st through 8th are welcome to come as well. We will serve pizza at 11:30 AM right before the open house ends. All additional information is on the flyer. We hope to see you then!

As Thanksgiving approaches, I just want to say what I am thankful for. We had a lot of great this happened in our school this past week. Last Monday morning, we were able to start our playground building process. Tuesday, we had Pastor Diaz help teach our students how to study their Bibles during Bible class. Friday, we were able to tye dye bags and handbags. And this past Saturday night, we were able to have our Thanksgiving dinner as a school and church family. I hope everyone had a great weekend. We have a very exciting event planned on next Sunday. Our school will have a Fall Festival this year. We will have this event held at the Shreveport South SDA church from 12pm to around 2ish. All ages are welcome!!! All proceeds will help to fund the school playground. Please come out if you can!!! What an amazing week our students had thus far. Yesterday, The students were able to create their pizzas at Papa John's. Today, the students learned about public safety at the Sheriff’s Safety Town. Presently, the students are enjoying their Fall Break. I wish all of our parents and students a great Fall Break!

Wow!!! It has already been a month since school started back on August 14, 2023!!! Our school just wanted to update you on our current status. Thus far, we started the school year well. We have 12 students enrolled. We continue to ask for your support as we do this amazing ministry. One way you can support our school is by coming out to our fundraising event. This event will be held THIS SATURDAY NIGHT from 7pm to 8:30pm CST. This event will be located at the Shreveport South SDA Church. We are fundraising for our playground fund and for student aid. I hope to see you all there.

We had a great meeting today! Everyone heard a beautiful special music from Sister Margie Wireman. Souls were touched by a powerful message from Pastor Alvin Astrup. And we had a session of prayer followed with a great time of fellowship. If you were not there, we will continue to pray for you and our staff as well start the school year. We want to say thank you to Pastor Jorge Diaz for organizing this event. We also would like to say Thank you to all the churches and conference for your prayers and contributions!

I just wanted to inform everyone that we will have two major events this upcoming Saturday August 12, 2023!!! First, we will have a prayer of dedication over all the teachers and students in our Shreveport area during the Divine Worship Service at Shreveport South SDA Church. This will start at 11AM located on 3217 Colquitt Rd, Shreveport LA, 71118 . Just like every Sabbath, Breakfast is served from 9 AM to 9:30 AM and Sabbath school from 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM. We invited to you to join us for Worship Service.

Later that day, We will have a dedication service at our school to bless the SACS staff, students, and their families from 6 PM to 7 PM. We will have this service located on the school grounds at 7023 Greenwood Rd, Shreveport, LA, 71119. We hope to see you at both services when you can. Blessings!!!!

We had a great time on Sunday July 30th, 2023 at our Registration Day and Meet the Teachers Day. Many families came to look at our school and/or registered their child to attend this upcoming school year. Although everyone may not have attended in person that day, we still have our enrollment open for anyone potential students. School starts on Monday August 14, 2023 at 8 AM, so there is still time to register!!! Good afternoon SACS family,
I hope you all enjoyed this very hot summer vacation. As school time is soon approaching, I wanted to share with you all an important message concerning our upcoming school events.
First, I would like to apologize for the time mix-up for our upcoming registration day. It will be held on a Sunday not a Monday. We will have our Registration/Meet the Teacher Day on NEXT SUNDAY July 30, 2023 from 9 AM – 1 AM. This will be located at the school grounds on 7023 Greenwood Rd, Shreveport, LA 71119. Please come when you can during that time. We ask both our parents, students, and visitors are welcome to come at any time during this time frame. Just be ready to fill out paperwork and meet our staff.
Second, you will also be able to pay your August tuition on this day as well. Tuition will be the same rate as last year of $250 per child every month school is in session. Otherwise, Tuition must be paid when school begins on August 14, 2023.
