CONGRATULATIONS to our Robotics Team!!!! They won 2nd place today at the 2025 Gator Bowl at Captain Shreve High School!!! Shout-out to the best librarian and robotics coach ever, Ms. Racine!!!! We are Westwood proud!!!

What an amazing evening celebrating our student-athletes, coaches, and their families. Thank you to everyone who made this event such a special celebration. Again, congratulations to all of our student-athletes, job well done this season!!

“Da Story Weaver” came to Westwood Elementary today to share a story with us. Mr. Terrence Robert is a well known jail/griot storyteller from Meridian, Mississippi. He travels all over the region sharing his art of storytelling.
