Traditional "old school" martial arts We teach traditional "old school" Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate.
It contains the punching & kicking techniques that are most commonly thought of when thinking "karate", but it also includes the Judo style throws and Jujitsu style joint locking and grappling techniques that are often only found in a non-competitive, old style, karate dojo.
