Welcome Home, Mrs. Stacey Marks Jynes! ❤️💙

The Castle is excited to officially welcome Mrs. Stacey Marks Jynes as our new Assistant Principal of Instruction!

And this one is extra special because she’s coming HOME! Mrs. Jynes is a proud Woodlawn High School Class of 1990 graduate, and now she returns to the halls that helped shape her—this time as a member of our administrative leadership team.

A graduate of Grambling State University and Lamar University, Mrs. Jynes brings valuable experience from Texas, where she has served as an instructional leader and most recently as an Assistant Principal. She brings a strong background in teaching and learning, supporting teachers, improving instruction, and helping students achieve at high levels.

There’s something powerful about seeing one of our own return to The Castle to pour back into the next generation of Knights.

- Boys Basketball Tryouts Today for 9th - 11th Grade 4:15 - 5:30 P.M.

- Baby Jukebox Marching Band 1st Practice and Last Day to join will be after school 4-6 P.M.

- Band Parent Meeting will follow at 6:15 P.M.
