Its that time of year again. Parents are planning and organizing as they send their kids off to school, teachers are staying late and planning school lessons, and students are studying as they prepare for their academic year.

While we are all working to stay afloat and survive it’s important that we identify our tools and strategies that allow us to thrive. What are your tools and strategies for coping?

Join me for a reading of my children’s book, “Don’t Forget My Name.” It’s the last reading of my book tour with Shreve Memorial Library. See you there!

Don't Forget My Name 12/11/2022

Christmas is my favorite time of year!

It’s also a time when our family members suffering from Dementia or Alzheimer’s need the most love and support. Please check out the children’s book “Don’t Forget My Name”. It’s a story of how Dementia makes you forget, but LOVE helps you to remember. Use this book to have conversations with children and grandchildren about the complexities of the disease.

It’s the perfect gift for the holiday and available on Amazon!
