🎄✨ Yesterday was Christmas PJ Day, and it was AMAZING! 🎅🎉 Our class parties were full of fun, and we even had a special surprise visitor—Santa himself! 🎁🎅 Before heading back to the North Pole, he listened to our preschoolers sing a sweet song and read them a magical story. 📖🎶 The excitement was off the charts! Thank you Mrs. Tina Terry and Mr. Jimmy Terry! We appreciate you!❤️🎄

Guess who joined us at today? Elf on the Shelf, "Candy Cane," followed her friend to school! She had so much fun in her very own elf-sized ball pit! 🎄✨

Get Outside!

Contrary to popular belief, children are more likely to catch a cold in small, enclosed spaces with forced heating, where viruses and bacteria thrive. In contrast, spending time outdoors in cool, fresh air reduces the risk of infection.

Open air allows for more physical space between individuals and provides exposure to natural sunlight, which is essential for vitamin D synthesis. Vitamin D plays a crucial role in immune function, overall health, and maintaining a balanced circadian rhythm.

Additionally, time spent outdoors supports holistic well-being—enriching social and emotional health, motor development, and cognitive growth through active, nature-based exploration.

Today our 3-year-olds heard the story "Time For School, Mouse." We love sharing stories with our little readers. 📕📖

In honor of Veteran's Day today, we want to express our gratitude to all who have served our country. Teaching gratitude and respect is an important part of our program. Join us in thanking the veterans in our communities!

We had a blast this week in preschool! We got some outside time this week before the rain rolled in. We also ended the week with our usual Friday chapel time. Today we sang several songs and danced during chapel. The preschoolers really enjoyed it.

Meet Ms. Marietta, our wonderful 2-year-old room teacher! She brings so much energy and creativity to the classroom.

The thing she loves the most about preschool is seeing the children's faces and experiencing the daily development of their motor skills at work.
