Engaging in holiday LEGO activities can be a fantastic way for families to spend quality time together while fostering creativity. Here are five festive LEGO activities for the holiday season:

1. Build a Holiday Scene:
Encourage family members to collaborate on building a festive LEGO holiday scene. This could include a winter village, Santa's workshop, a snowy landscape, or scenes from holiday movies. Each family member can contribute their own creations, and when combined, it forms a charming holiday display.

2. LEGO Advent Calendar:
Invest in a LEGO Advent calendar to count down the days until Christmas. Each day, open a new door to reveal a small LEGO set or minifigure. Assemble the pieces together, creating a daily bonding activity leading up to the holiday.

3. LEGO Ornament Building:
Create custom LEGO ornaments to decorate the Christmas tree. Provide a variety of LEGO bricks, strings, and hooks. Let each family member build their own unique ornament, incorporating holiday themes or personal touches. Hang the finished creations on the tree for a personalized touch.

4. LEGO Gift Wrapping Station:
Transform gift-wrapping into a LEGO-themed activity. Decorate plain gift wrap with LEGO-inspired designs or use LEGO bricks to create custom gift tags. It adds a creative touch to your presents and involves the whole family in the gift-giving process.

5. LEGO Winter Wonderland Challenge:
Host a family LEGO building challenge centered around a winter wonderland theme. Set a specific task, such as building a winter vehicle, a holiday character, or an icy castle. Family members can then present their creations, and everyone can vote on their favorites or even create a LEGO winter wonderland display.

Remember, the goal is to have fun and enjoy each other's company during the holiday season. These LEGO activities not only promote creativity but also create lasting memories for the entire family.

If your work schedule doesn't allow you to take off as much time as you like for the holidays, remember that your kids can come to a Bricks 4 Kidz holiday workshop or camp this month.

We are a proud small business and we are excited about watching LSU Football today. This was the LSU LEGO art I made a few years ago. Lots of bricks, time, and energy went into this one. It’s larger than it looks and now lives in a Baton Rouge home cheating on the Tigers. If you would like a custom piece of LEGO art for your home, let me know.
