There is a Messwood football meeting tonite that will begin at 6pm on the bleachers in Shorewood’s Nickoll stadium. This is for anyone interested in playing Messwood football- middle school through high school seniors, parents and players. Summer schedules and plenty of information on the team, camps, weight room and summer competitions will be provided. Hope to see you there! Let’s goooooooo, Messwood!

Jeremiah Thompson, Shorewood/Messmer: The senior quarterback led the Greyhounds to a 32-27 come-from-behind victory Friday on the road against West Allis Central. He completed 10 of 13 passes for 117 yards and rushed for a team-high 129 yards in 23 carries, a 5.6-yard average. He accounted for five touchdowns, including an 11-yard run in the fourth quarter that was the winning TD.
