Shoreline School District Food & Nutrition Services Program

We are pleased to announce that Shoreline Public Schools will be hosting a Free Summer Meals Program for Kids and Teens. Free breakfast and lunch will be available for kids ages 1-18 at Echo Lake Elementary School, July 7th-30th, Monday through Thursday. April's Harvest of the Month is Tayberries!! Give them a try on Tuesday, April 14th!

March 17th is our next Harvest of the Month. We will be featuring a fresh spring lettuce mix on all of our salad bars which is grown locally at DeGoede Farms in Sumner, WA. This hydroponic farm uses harvested rainwater and solar power to grow these nutrient dense salad greens!

Pack the Park is scheduled for May 9th at Animal Acres Park in Lake Forest Park. Proceeds support: Third Place Commons Farmers Market Bucks, The Shoreline Schools Angel Fund (helping families in Shoreline and Lake Forest Park struggling with school meal debt), and the Hunger Intervention Program. Join the fun if you can, all for a good cause!

February 10th marks the 100 day milestone from our first school day of the 2025-2026 school year. We are celebrating all of the hard work and learning so far this year by serving ABC 123 whole grain chicken nuggets with a red, white, and cool 100% juice slush pouch.
