😊 We asked all of our staff for their favorite children’s books! 📚 We added them to a board for the kids to try to guess what books belong to which staff members. 🦉 What’s your guesses (if you know our teachers). What’s your favorite children’s book? 🤔

Yesterday our staff had the opportunity to spend a day together in fellowship, reflection, and connection.
It was such a blessing to step away from our daily routines and spend time with our entire Vision House family—including our office staff, Diversion Team, Family Program, and both childcare centers. Days like this remind us that while we each serve in different roles, we are all working toward the same mission: supporting children, families, and our community with love, compassion, and excellence.
Growing together as one team strengthens the care we provide every day. Building relationships across departments helps us better support one another, serve our families more effectively, and keep the bigger picture at the center of all we do.
We are grateful for the opportunity to grow together so we can continue serving our community as one united family.

For this week’s theme, the school aged children are learning about nature and caring for God’s creation. As part of our activities, they worked together to paint this beautiful banner for our classroom.

As God also calls us His greatest creation, we’ve been talking about what it means to treat one another with kindness, compassion, and respect. Lately, we’ve been practicing using kind words, including others, and making thoughtful choices when disagreements happen.

A simple reminder that our words have the power to build others up and that everyone deserves kindness can make such a big difference. When school and home work together, we help create a classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and loved.

Thank you for our families that partner with us as we help our children grow not only in knowledge, but also in Christ-like love for one another. ❤️

Today we celebrated our amazing planet by exploring ways to care for the world around us. From little hands planting seeds 🌱 to learning about recycling ♻️ and enjoying nature walks, our children discovered just how important it is to protect our Earth.
We believe that even the smallest actions can make a big difference. By teaching kindness to our environment early on, we’re helping grow a generation that loves and respects our planet.
