Imagination Station Early Learning and Development Pre-school

It is our mission to provide an environment for children and families to come together for support, We are typically open 6:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

We are an in-home full day preschool and childcare serving children from 4 weeks to 6 years old. We offer limited before and after school care for children in k - 5th grade in the Shoreline School district serving Highland Terrace and Meridian Park elementary schools. The owner has a BAS in Early Childhood Education ages 0 to 3rd grade. We are open to early and late extended hours on a case by case basis.

We have now received our official certificate, and we are excited about it! We have reached level 4 rating with the state, which only 12% of rated programs in Washington have achieved. As we approach fall, we will have some openings in our program for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. If you know anyone in the Shoreline area looking for such a program, kindly refer them to us. We are experienced in special needs care, provide family-style meals, diapers, wipes, and all curriculum materials, and accept state subsidies. We have been in operation since 2003 and would be delighted to welcome new families.

This video gives an overview of what the Early Achievers quality rating program is about. We are excited to share that we are one of the top 12% of Washington State providers who have received a level 4 rating. The video here is older but still relevant to what the new Early Achievers system is about. Currently there have been no programs who have achieved a rating above a 4.

Our "heart" healthy lunch today. Baked salmon which was a huge hit, one of our toddler's couldn't get enough, frozen peas (one of the kids favorites), heart shaped toast, banana and watermelon. The same toddler who loved the salmon also had 4 servings of frozen peas (by the time they eat the peas are mostly thawed). Looks like salmon will be on our menus more often.
