Victor has two fresh features coming out of the kitchen this weekend!

🌱 Falafel Burger — $12
A house-made vegan chickpea patty topped with pickled onions, lettuce, tomato and pickle on a brioche bun with tzatziki. Make it your own with additions like avocado or cheese.

🍄 Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Portobello — $16

We had some extra horsepower on the lawn today! A big thank you to the Space City Corvette Club for cruising over to Houston Yacht Club and sharing an incredible collection of Corvettes with us—from beautiful classics to the latest generations.

Sunshine, waterfront views, and rows of iconic American sports cars made for quite a sight at HYC! Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make their visit such a fun addition to the day.
