Hello everyone! We are team #22871 Rox, Paper, Scissors! We are an FTC (First Tech Challenge) team formed in December of 2022. In order to kickstart our team, our school's other FTC team, Jug Rox Robotics, has helped us! They've done an amazing job with guiding us in the right path and mentoring us! As of now, there are 5 members on our team; Dayson, Landon, Kade, Jasmine, and Brooklyn. But, we do expect to grow in members this coming school year! We plan on welcoming them with the same gratitude and respect as the members of Jug Rox Robotics did to us! This past season, we've been challenged greatly. Even so, we've put all of our effort into what we do, for we are all passionate about robotics and FTC. This past season, we were able to reach new heights, and even got selected as a competing alliance in one of the last competitions we went to. In the end, we won the highest scoring rookie team award, and made it to 7th place out of all the competing FTC teams in Southern Indiana. We unfortunately did not make it to state, but we cheered on Jug Rox Robotics, who made it to both state and Worlds. We were ever so proud of them! Though we didn't move on this year, we'll keep our heads high and work even harder for a better chance at going next year.

For outreach, we are trying to get the word out about our new team, and thought that social media would be a great way to start! So, we'd decided to create a page to spread the word about our awesome team! On this page, we'll try to keep you all updated on what we are doing, the challenges we face, (and overcome) and pictures of our robot! Thanks for checking out our team's page! We'll keep you updated!
