Job Description

Our apartment complex is looking for someone who is great with deep cleaning and has their own supplies. The employee will clean vacated units upon turnover and also shampoo carpets and perform, pre move-in inspections. The person must have their own Heavy Duty Carpet Shampoo Vacuum Machine. You should really good with using a Mobile phone and other applications, to upload videos, photos, and other reports. This job is year-round on a need basis. People with experience and who live in Shippensburg are will be given preference.

Duties Include:
Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists in regard to make-ready.
Check faucets, sink plugs, and repair/replace as necessary. Replace washers when needed.
Make new keys when requested.
The overall upkeep of residences- Completing Inspection reports, Changing HVAC filters, Checking Fire detectors, changing lights, or any other tenant request..
Clean common baths, showers, toilets, and kitchens.
Clean windows.
Clean all areas, including vacuuming and shampooing carpets, mopping floors, washing walls, and cleaning furnishings.
Other duties as assigned by the Building Manager.
Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
