Come out and support your local Shippensburg FFA Chapter and Alumni! We have food trucks, crafts, farmer for a day, bounce house, and tractors! We are located at Shippensburg Township Park on Britton Road!!!

Last week, our chapter was busy kicking off an exciting new FFA year! We started things off with our FIRST FFA meeting of the year! Members from every marking period came together in the auditorium to learn more about what FFA is all about and everything our chapter has to offer. From leadership opportunities and CDEs to community service events, SAE projects, and making memories with our chapter family, there is something for everyone in FFA! We also brought out our FFA Ice Cream Trailer for the High School PBIS Kickoff Carnival! Our members had a blast scooping up ice cream for students and teachers while helping make the carnival a fun way to kick off the school year! It was a great opportunity to get involved, serve our school, and show off what Shippensburg FFA is all about! Between learning about FFA, meeting new members, serving ice cream, and having a whole lot of fun, it was definitely a busy week! We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year has in store for our chapter!

Thank you to RayLinda Halteman for providing the beautiful location at their Airbnb on their farm for the photos. This is also a great place to hold group meetings or trainings. They would love to host you during the week. Reach out to them for information.

Corn Fest 2026 was a success! This past Saturday, the Shippensburg FFA had the privilege of having a spot right by the stage at the annual Shippensburg Corn Festival! We had a great time selling delicious corn, hosting two fun activities for kids, and connecting with our community. We also had the opportunity to spread the word about our upcoming Family Fall Fest & Tractor Show! Join us on September 12th at Shippensburg Community Park for a fun-filled day for the whole family! We were also excited to see the Cumberland Ag Expo Queen and Princess nearby! Both have connections to our FFA chapter: Baylee Karper, an FFA alumni, and Calura Krall, a current Shippensburg FFA officer. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, participated in our activities, purchased corn, and supported the Shippensburg FFA! Your support means so much to us and helps us continue to connect with and serve our community.
