From learning directly from industry pros like Pittsburgh Steelers photographer Alysa Rubin and LNP Sports reporter Christian Eby, to covering NCAA games in real time through photojournalism and reporting, our COMM 305 Sports Journalism students have been fully immersed in the field.

To wrap it all up, students stepped into the future of storytelling using Meta Quest 3S headsets, watching an international soccer match in VR!

Safe to say, the next generation of journalists is more than ready! 💻

Yesterday, CJM students represented CJM at Minds@Work, showcasing the research and professional skills they have developed through hands-on learning.
