UCA’s 3rd annual SOFTBALL FUNDRAISER is happening in Mercersburg this Saturday.

There will be food trucks, a coffee truck, baked goods, soft serve ice cream and more!

Bring a chair and come on out and enjoy a day of socializing and softball. 🥎

It is hard to believe, but here we are!! UCA has officially finished year #2!

We had a very full, busy, fun field day for our last day. We are so grateful that the rain held off long enough for us to get the field day in! 🌤️

Students have said their goodbyes and are now off to enjoy their summer vacation. We wish you all the best and look forward to seeing everyone next year! 🚌

The Kindergarten class had fun with Laura Ingalls Day. We saw Pa, Laura, Mary and Almanzo in our midst today! It’s so fun seeing their creativity and their personalities shining through.

Reminder: Our Annual Softball tournament is happening tomorrow! Come on out and cheer on your favorite team 🥎

If you have not been to the softball tournament in the past, you don’t have to be playing in it to come out and enjoy it! There will be a food truck, coffee, fresh cut fries, ice cream etc. to enjoy!

The softball games start at 8:00 AM and will run through to at least 4:00 PM.

After many hours of practice, the students now have the 2nd annual Spring Program behind them! It was a fun evening full of family and friends as the students sang and demonstrated some of what they’ve been learning this year. The students and teachers all did a wonderful job!

Carli Peachey, our Special Education teacher, has been accepted into Faith Builders’ two-year Learning Support Institute. This outstanding program provides in-depth training in special education and learning support strategies, all while allowing participants to continue teaching in their current school.

This is a tremendous opportunity for Carli and one that will have a meaningful, lasting impact on our school community. Please keep her in your prayers as she balances the demands of this program alongside her responsibilities at school and at home. 🙏🏼

We are so grateful for all the volunteers who come in and help out so willingly at UCA! Whether it be a hot lunch meal, chapel service, substituting or helping in any other way, YOU are appreciated!

📚The elementary classes have been having a Reading Competition this winter and they ended it with a PIZZA PARTY to celebrate! 🍕

They exceeded their teachers expectations and read over 1,000 books! 📖

1,133 books to be exact! 😱

The book worm, which has a book read by a student written on each of the circles, wrapped the whole way around the elementary hallway and more!
