Now that July is here, school supplies are showing up in stores.

𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: Harrison County Schools does not put out school supply lists.

Thanks to the kindness of our community and the continued support of the Harrison County Schools levy, our students will receive the basic classroom supplies they need to start the school year ready to learn.

We are so thankful to our voters for investing in our students, our schools, and their future. Your support helps make sure every student has what they need from day one.

🇺🇸 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 in Mrs. Powell’s 4th grade class at Big Elm Elementary wrapped up their 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗣𝗶𝘅 projects last Friday!

Students researched a famous person from the 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝗿, made a drawing, and recorded a short biography using ChatterPix.

On Friday, classmates walked through the projects like a museum and listened to each presentation. 🎤🖼️

They did an 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 job and learned so much along the way!
