The District 11 Alumni Association Officers and Board Members would like to thank the following for making the 66th annual Homecoming a success again this year. Shidler Schools for the use of their facilities; Superintendent Byron Cowen, and Principal Zach Naegele for their support and taking time to visit with the alumni. The teachers and students who participated in the float decorations (they were all outstanding this year!); Danny’s BBQ Headquarters (Danny Head, Class of 1965) for catering our noon meal; Raymond Smith, Kimber Hardiman, and Georgia Muehlburg for serving, and going above and beyond for us! We couldn’t do it without them!
A big thank you to the businesses who continue to donate door prizes for our business meeting: RCB Bank, KanOkla, Wehunt’s Country Store, Mandy’s Café, One Armed Bandit, Wild Dandelion Boutique, Twisted & Tangled Winery, and David McCollum.
Thank you, alumni, for supporting the Alumni Association, we hope you had a good time and hope to see you again next year!

Karli was a W.G. Ward scholarship recipient.

As many of our alums & ESU community members know, we have a lot (and I mean a LOT) of students from Oklahoma who choose to be Hornets. 🖤💛 Many of them are also athletes, and our featured student for Week #8 is a one them...and she also happened to pick the best major, too! 😁💪🩺
