We believe that dance is the purest art form, requiring nothing other than your own body to create. And isn’t that amazing? Dance truly is something you can do whether sitting or standing, shy or outgoing, happy or sad. And while sequined costumes and the latest dance music can be a fun addition… you don’t actually *need* a single thing in order to dance, aside from your mind and body. Talk about a freeing reminder!
