Today, we honor Juneteenth a powerful reminder of the day in 1865 when the last enslaved African Americans were finally informed of their freedom in Galveston, Texas two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

What a powerful and impactful time we had at the Sherwood District COGIC Meeting last night!

I had the honor of facilitating my newly developed program “Refueling the Spirit” Interactive Workshop, and I’m still full from the experience. This session brought together 7 churches, including pastors, ministry leaders, parents, and community members, for a much-needed opportunity to pause, reflect, and recharge.

Designed to be interactive and engaging, this workshop created a safe, non-judgmental space where every voice could be heard. From open discussions to deep moments of reflection, the energy in the room was full of grace, laughter, and heartfelt revelation.

TF Solutions Center, LLC: Another SAFE Home Study Successfully Completed!

We are proud to announce the successful completion of another SAFE Home Study, allowing a family to open their home to a child in need of a loving, structured, and nurturing environment! At TF Solutions Center, LLC, we believe that every child deserves a safe space where they can thrive, heal, and grow.

As a Behavioral Scientist, I understand the profound impact that nurturing, structure, and security have on a child's development. Children who experience positive, stable, and responsive caregiving are more likely to develop:

Honored to Speak at the Autism in Black Boys & Men’s Summit!

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be facilitating a workshop at the Autism in Black Boys & Men’s Summit on March 8th! This summit is a powerful space dedicated to uplifting and empowering Black autistic boys and men, while also supporting the families raising them.

My workshop, "Empowered Roots: Healing the Parent to Empower the Child – Understanding the Father & Son Dynamic of Raising an Autistic Child," will dive into:

✅ The emotional experiences of Black fathers raising autistic sons
✅ Breaking generational cycles to foster healing and connection
✅ How fathers can create safe spaces for their children to thrive
✅ Strengthening co-parenting dynamics for holistic family support

This conversation is so important in shifting narratives, providing healing, and ensuring that Black fathers feel equipped and empowered in their parenting journey.
