Good evening SHMS parents. The PTSA is sponsoring a Valentine dance on Friday evening Feb. 10 from 6-8pm in the middle school cafeteria. Sunday best is the dress for the evening. Tickets will be $5 at the door and students may purchase a picture for an additional $5. A king and queen of the 8th grade will be crowned as well as prince and princesses for 7th & 8th grades. (These will be voted on by the students). Please encourage your kids to come. This is the only fundraiser we will have for PTSA this year.

We also need parents to come and help with concessions and chaperoning. You can respond to this post if you are able to help. Thanks so much

Good afternoon SHMS. If you are interested in helping with the SHMS PTSA, we will be meeting this Tuesday, October 25 at 5:30 pm in the school cafeteria. If you are unable to attend but would like to know how you can help then stay tuned to this page and we will have some ways for you to participate. Thanks for your support.

Wednesday September 28 will be the See You At The Pole event for SHMS. Parents and students are invited to attend. Be at the SHMS flag pole at 8am for a time of prayer and thankfulness. Donuts and juice will be provided.

It’s almost time to invest in school culture. Parents and Guardians please come sign up for events & student activities this school year. Going to be a Bear(able) time💙

Congratulations To Our Ms King on her wedding over the weekend. She incorporated her softball team and students. Being an incredible educator and leader. 💙Mrs. Myers🫶🏼

Thank You to the Parents who helped with the 8th Grade “Moving on Up” dance! The students danced to music from our local DJ Mark Timmons. Received student & teacher led awards with Gift Cards from our local Popeyes. Left with grab bags from the PTSA. Wonderful evening seeing the stress of a long year coming to an end.
