Our students and staff showed up today in pink, sparkle, rhinestones, and plenty of shine to honor a woman whose influence reached far beyond music.

Dolly reminded us that you can be talented, kind, unapologetically yourself, and leave a little more sparkle everywhere you go. And as a beauty school, we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate her legacy than by getting a little glamorous ourselves. 💗✨

Day 2 of Back to School Spirit Week took us on a completely necessary trip through the decades ⏳🕰️

And our students said,

80s? 📻 Absolutely.
90s? 📼 You already know.
2000s? 💿 The nostalgia is strong with this one.

Receiving the Professionalism Award was a heartfelt moment of recognition from an incredible group of peers. Their kind words are recognized in return. This award is motivation to continue to move forward through the program being a positive team player.

My favorite thing about TSPA is being in an environment surrounded by supportive instructors and peers. The skills that I’m learning are new and challenging and it’s encouraging to be around others who want to offer help and encouragement.

I chose to start a career in the beauty industry because I believe it’s an opportunity to use creative skills to connect with others. I want to help people feel confident externally so that they can shine brighter internally.
