🚨 JUST A FEW DAYS LEFT TO SPONSOR THE RIDGES FUN RUN! 🚨

We’re reaching out because we really need our community’s support! ❤️ Our Fun Run is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for Ridges Elementary, and every sponsorship directly helps make a difference for our students.

The 2026 Ridges Fun Run is coming up on October 2, and we’re looking for local business sponsors to support our ~800 students!

Your sponsorship funds essential classroom resources, STEM materials, field trips, and school programs—all while giving your business year-round visibility in the Sherwood community.

TOMORROW!!
Tuesday, August 11th we will be hosting our second kindergarten playdate for all students starting kindergarten at Ridges in the fall. The event will be open house style from 10am-11am on the back Edy side playground of the school (near the portable classrooms). Come meet the principal, some of our kinder teachers, and other incoming kinder parents.
We look forward to seeing you there!!

On Monday, July 20th we will be hosting a kindergarten playdate for all students starting kindergarten at Ridges in the fall. The event will be open house style from 4-5 pm on the back Edy side playground of the school (near the portable classrooms). Come meet the principal, some of our kinder teachers, and other incoming kinder parents. If you are unable to join us on Monday but would still like to attend one of our optional playdate events, we will be hosting another playdate on August 11th from 10:00-11:00 am in the same location.

Happy SUMMER ☀️!!

Hard to believe, but it’s already time to start planning for next year’s Fun Run!

The Fun Run Planning Committee will hold its first meeting on Tuesday, June 23, at 1:00 PM in the PAC Portable. This is a great opportunity for parents to come together and share ideas on how to make next year’s Fun Run the best one yet.

Everyone is welcome to join! Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or new to our school community, we’d love to have your input and enthusiasm.
