We became a 501(c)(3) in 2002.

Dr. Bowie, Barbara Collins (BC) Bowie Scholarship Foundation was established by Barbara Bowie as Artistic Expressions Plus in 1994, providing community services and performing arts after school & summer workshops. Dr. Bowie's love and concern for our youth were evident in his endeavors and his dream to “present math and science to youth in a non-threatening environment, making it easier for them to understand”, is being carried out by his wife, Barbara, through the AIF After School Program.
