Labor Day is for laboring, right? 😅

Monday, Sept 7, 8:00am — we're getting after one workout together as a gym. Grab a partner or fly solo, scale it to whatever your body's up for, and stick around for brunch tacos afterward.

This one's open to everybody. If you've got family in town, a friend who's been curious, or a coworker who needs a push — bring 'em. Guests are always welcome, and this is one of the best days of the year to try us out.
