**Remembering Is Where LIVING Begins**

As I feel more deeply into what "LIVING Remembered" is here to activate, I keep returning to one question:

"What happens after we remember?"

After the ceremony ends.
After we leave the woods.
After we step away from the fire and the water and return to the relationships, responsibilities, decisions, emotions, and ordinary moments of our lives?

We may return home to the same life.

But perhaps we return to it differently.

We notice the story before automatically becoming it.

We recognize when we are abandoning ourselves in order to belong.

We hear our own knowing before immediately searching outside ourselves for the answer.

We allow a boundary without needing to make another wrong.

We rest without requiring exhaustion to justify it.

We feel an emotion without making it our identity.

We allow joy.

We become more available to another because we are less occupied with protecting the version of ourselves we believe we must maintain.

And perhaps we begin recognizing the sacredness of LIFE again—

in a meal,
a conversation,
a walk through the trees,
a hand held,
a belly laugh,
washing the dishes,
sitting quietly beside someone we love.

This isn't about becoming an improved version of ourselves.

Perhaps it is about becoming less divided from ourselves.

Remembering what remains beneath the stories, identities, conditioning, expectations, and protections we have accumulated along the way.

And from there, a different question becomes available:

"How does what I AM desire to LIVE through me now?"

Not someday.

Not when everything is resolved.

Not when I have healed enough.

Not when circumstances finally cooperate.

NOW!

This is the transformation I feel being activated within "LIVING Remembered."

Not simply an experience we have for a weekend.

A remembrance we carry home and begin to LIVE.

Recognizing.
Reuniting.
Returning.

Returning to our every day human lives not to leave the experience behind—but to LIVE what we remembered.

This October, we gather within the quiet woods along Lake Texoma for the inaugural gathering of "the LIVING Foundation."

11 women are gathering.
A few spaces remain.

I don't know the women who will complete this first circle.

But I trust the invitation will find its way to them.

Perhaps something within you already recognizes it. 💖

DM REMEMBER if you feel the invitation.

September 1

Today is a new month, September.

The month the Autumn Equinox comes.
The month before the Autumn Harvest happens, and the month after the heat wave, drought, and eclipse season that have created immense, intense energies.

The in-between.

It feels like a deeper breath can be taken now, a longer pause, more stillness, more quiet, inner peace rising within.

I welcome it with open arms.

As my pen glides over the page, I breathe, a bit slower with each inhale.
With each exhale, I feel more settled in my body, in this thing called time, in presence.

Now I live intentionally even more than before.
I serve from coherence more than haste.

I breathe as if it is a cool crisp mountain forested air, I inhale.
I allow the heat and intense fire energy of summer to release from my body, mind, and spirit, and it dissipates out into the air, alchemizing and transmuting into more calm creation energy.

Inhale.
Exhale.

Pause.

Inhale.
Exhale.

Pause.

Inhale.
Exhale.

Pause.
