Our little yogis had a blast today with winter-themed yoga! From snowflake stretches to penguin poses, the kiddos practiced balance, flexibility, and mindfulness while embracing the magic of the season.

Watching them freeze like icicles and waddle like penguins brought so much joy and laughter to our classroom!

Yoga helps children develop body awareness, self-regulation, and calmness-all while having FUN!

Understanding time helps children develop sequencing skills, recognize patterns, and anticipate upcoming events. Plus, it's empowering for them to know what day it is and what's coming next!

We're using songs, charts, and daily calendar activities to make learning about time fun and interactive. Ask your child what day of the week it is—they might just surprise you!
