In this moment I invite to visualize yourself or someone
else filled with healing golden light radiating from inside your/her/his body to outside of your/her/his body.

In this moment I invite you to give your liver a Spring Treat:
Aware of my Liver, I breath in - Smiling to my Liver, I breath out. (9 x) Then visualize "bathing" your Liver in a fresh Spring green light.

In this moment I invite you to feel your innate innocence:
"Aware of my Pure Heart and Innocence ~ I Breath In
Smiling to my Pure Heart and Innocence ~ I Breath Out."

In this moment I invite you to visualize roots extending from the base of your spine deep into Mother Earth touching her with your peaceful mind and compassionate wisdom.

Hold your hands in front of your lower abdomen like holding an energy (= Qi) ball. Move your hands like making a bigger or smaller energy ball or move your hands around the energy ball. Be very present with the movement or the feeling of energy in your hands and between your hands. Enjoy!
