❤️ 🎨 🖌️Silk Scarf Painting Workshop 🖌️🎨❤️
Sunday June 14th 1-6PM

Silk Painting with Gutta

Instructed by Beth Abaravich

Now you can learn how to make beautiful permanent designs on silk fabric. Utilizing the time honored technique of gutta resist and silk dyes students will create unique pieces of wearable art. They are encouraged to bring inspiration for a design they would like to make and the instructor will help them adapt it to the scarf format. Then they will draw the resist on the fabric and fill the lines in with color. We will set the dyes in class and you can take your work home to enjoy or give as a gift. Above all fun is our end goal!

After some investigating, and a lot of patience from our staff, we finally got her endorsement!
…For whatever it’s worth! 😂

We’re incredibly proud of how our new store has been growing since its birth in August 2025. We sell fabric, yarn, and notions and our stock is expanding and changing every week. Come see what Joann is talking about, and get inspired to make something yourself!
