I wanted to give a big shout out to my good friend and client, Kayla Hert. For year she has trained hard daily here at MoGo Fitness and is one of the most dedicated and hardworking clients I have ever had the privilege to train. She is focused on her workouts in classes as well as getting them done on her own on the weekends and even when she travels. A fellow local business owner, most of her days are super busy taking care of her store, and yet she finds the time to put in the work and effort. Great job Kayla! Super proud of your progress in your fitness journey!!! Keep it up!!
P.s. This is why I always tell clients to take pictures. Sometimes the scale may not move much or doesn’t seem like a lot but pictures don’t lie!

Currently in the Netherlands and loving how active everyone is here! Everyone bikes or walks everywhere... even the kids! Passed by this day care today that has child exercise machines! I loved it! Mini treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes! ❤️

This is one we all know but we all still struggle to actually follow through on.
Get a stainless steel portable water bottle to take with you everywhere. And using less plastic is good for the environment. Most adults need about two quarts of fluid per day to replace normal water loss or approximately six to eight ounce glasses of water each day.

Smoothie recipe for the week! In the summer I love any drinks, from cocktails to smoothies, with fresh herbs in them. From basil to rosemary to mint, they are so refreshing on a hot day and healthy to boot!
