Smart Start is a nature-based educational program that incorporates the outdoors, music, movement and educational activities each day, including literacy, mathematics, science and much more! Mariano, M.Ed., an Early Childhood and Special Educator for over 25 years. As the lead educator and Mom of 5, Cheryl uses her years of experience to connect with children and expand their overall development.

A small group setting allows each and every child the opportunity to successfully participate and receive essential guidance throughout each day. Additionally, Cheryl continues to enhance her professional development in order to meet the changing needs and abilities of each student. She strives to create a culture among her with similar skills and philosophies and works closely with each colleague in order to accomplish the most comprehensive nature program that incorporates nature, along with teaching all the skills necessary for happy, healthy and successful learners.
