Hello! My name is Ruth Fenoglio, and I am incredibly excited and grateful to be a part of the Sheppard family this year as a first-year Kindergarten teacher. I graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I am so blessed that I get the privilege of helping shape the lives of the next generation! I am passionate about creating a learning environment where every student feels seen, known, and valued for who they are, while also fostering a lifelong love for learning!

When I am not at school, you can usually find me spending time outdoors, shopping, traveling, or spending time with my husband. We love taking new adventures together, and making fun memories! We also have a very big puppy named Sully who keeps us very busy and brings us so much joy! I am truely excited for the year ahead and all of the learning, growth, and fun that it will bring. I cannot wait to meet our students and families and watch each child SHINE. I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing school community, and I know it is going to be a wonderful year!

Hi Jets! My name is Sarah Matthews and I’m so excited to be the School Nurse for Sheppard Elementary💙🤍. I’ve worked in the hospital setting as a CNA for the last 6 years, and I’ve recently graduated with my LVN! I’m so excited to be apart of such a wonderful team.

I’ve been a substitute teacher for 2 years at Sheppard Elementary. This school means so much to me! These kids are wonderful and the staff is amazing, there isn’t anywhere else I’d want to be! I actually get to go to my dream job everyday🤍💙
I can’t wait to see everyone again, in this new role! Sheppard, it’s about to be the best year ever! I’M BACK🤩

This is a WFISD Campus that is still in need of a teacher and classroom aides. Mr. Browne is an AMAZING Principal and he had a really great Military Spouse who was a teacher and she loved working with the students and staff at this campus, but her family moved out of state. If you know of someone who has a big heart for kids, please let them know about this need.
