Bullitt County 4-H

Bullitt County 4-H We are a group of young people across America who learn leadership, citizenship and life skills. 4-H is the largest youth organization in America.

It involves young people ages 9-19. 4-H members participate in club meetings and "learn by doing" in a variety of project areas. Some of these projects include speech and demonstrations, electric, woodcraft, photography, foods, and much more. Each member can participate in the project area(s) of their choice. The 4 "H's" stand for HEAD, HEART, HANDS and HEALTH. They represent the fourfold training and development that 4-H members receive.

Welcome to the 4-H 52 Week Photography Challenge! Each week, we will post the challenge for youth to capture! Adults can then send the challenge picture to Tori via email ([email protected]). At each scheduled meeting, youth will learn different skills and techniques and will look over all pictures submitted and rate them on a rubric! Reach out with any questions to Tori.

Our 4-Hers have been working hard the last several weekends practicing for Cupcake Wars! Youth are continuing to strengthen their communication and collaboration skills, in addition to working on reading and mathematics all while having fun baking. They are creating some pretty tasty treats too. 🧁
