Car Rider Notice- please do not drop students off or pick up outside of the traffic pattern. We have seen an increase in students being picked up on the side of the building and/or exiting the line early. This is a major safety concern that we need to correct. 🍿 Snack Drive: House competition- We will be collecting individually wrapped snack items throughout the week for hospital family snack pantries.

🟢 NORTH END RUN CLUB — TIGER RUN 3000M 🟡
What an outstanding day for the North End Run Club Boys at the Tiger Run 3000m!

The boys competed in a huge field of 423 runners, and North End finished 16th out of 36 teams!

TWO SCHOOL RECORDS!
🔥 Ayden Valverde — 11:05.5 PR
Ayden had an incredible race and broke the Hebron Middle School 3K school record!

🔥 Ryan Aldridge — 11:17.0 PR
Ryan broke the Zoneton Middle School 3K school record! The previous record was held by James Gallahue, who set it when he won the Mid-Kentucky Conference Championship.

This was a tremendous performance from our North End boys. We had two school records, multiple PRs, and a strong team finish against a massive field.

These young runners are just getting started, and we are excited to see what they accomplish throughout the rest of the season!

Good Morning Families!

We ended the first full week with the House of Friendship- Amistad, in the lead! Has your student told you about their house?? Also, if you have not received a parent letter with your child's house code in order to get the app, contact Principal Burnett at [email protected]. The app allows you to see the points your student has earned and will be able to use in the school store (1st one on Sep 4) and also to track if they have received a strike.

Strikes are given for minor behavior events. For students that receive 3 strikes in one week, a lunch detention is issued. If a student receives 4 strikes in a week, they will loose Friday break. On the 5th strike in a week, students will be issued an after school detention.

Below you will find links to information about each of the houses. Please share with your student so they can be learning their house cheer, chant and hand signals. This will help them to get more connected to their house and prepare for our first house day on Sep 4! Students earn points for going above and beyond in demonstrating strong character, exemplary effort and/or achieving academic excellence. We know students are so capable of achieving greatness and we can't wait to watch them grow into the leaders they are meant to be!
