Ms Nickie, Ms Tabby and Ms Ashley jumped across the river to attend the Maryland Early Childhood Conference
We were able to listen to 3 amazing early care and education speakers 🥰
Sally of Wunderled 🌸 "It's not our job to build the engine its out job to FEED it'
Gerry Brooks 🚸 'Everyone is someone's baby' and we ALL need to remember that in our every day life
💣And the amazing 'WE are NOT babysitters WE ARE EDUCATORS" the one and only The Childcare Whisperer Ty 🙌
It was a great day together reigniting, digging deeper and feeling validated on how important our job is.
