There was a change in the route so the picture has been updated in the original post and sharing so it makes it around to everyone's news feeds!

**Edited 10/7 with route change shown in picture!**

Have a Winn Elementary School student that wants to participate in the Homecoming Parade? Check out the details below!

Date: Friday, October 9th

Time: Arrive to line-up between 4:30 & 4:45 pm. The parade begins at 5:00 pm.

Our route is the same as we did last year. We start at the Shepherd Soccer Fields. The parade committee shared with us that kids CANNOT ARRIVE VIA THE SHEPHERD RD ENTRANCE, as that entrance is for floats only. Families should arrive via Second St.

The parade continues through the student/atrium parking lot and won’t stop until we get to the baseball parking lot. The parade ends there. You will meet us there and pick up your child from that lot.

**Please note- there is no childcare provided by WPC during this event. All students should have a designated adult to care for them.**

We will have a truck and trailer for K-2 students to sit on (thank you to the Humphrey family!). 3rd-5th students will be walking in the parade. We will happily take candy donations if you want to bring some to throw!

Feel free to decorate wagons and strollers to walk alongside the float! Make signs! Have fun with it! Bring that blue and gold spirit!! Can't wait to have lots of fun representing Winn Elementary for Homecoming.

Winn Elementary School Families- It's time to plan for our fall luncheon! We set-up a meal for the staff on the half day (10/15/26) of conferences so they can fill their bellies in between the back to back busyness of the day.

Take a look at our list and comment below with what you'd like to claim. We will type your name in. All items need to arrive to the school by 8:30 am on October 15th so we can get the luncheon set-up in time. Thank you in advance for your contributions!!
