The start of school is next week. This week we will be focusing on building necessary routines for school.

Create a bedtime and morning routine. You child should get approximately 10 hours of sleep each night. What time will you be getting up in the morning for school? If around 7:00 am, your child should be asleep before 9:00. Practice going to bed and getting up early before school starts to make the transition easier.
