**Update we got both volunteers**
Thank you guys for helping out our band!

We need 2 more volunteers for THIS Friday (Nov.1) Night's concessions stand duties (530pm-10pm).

🗣️This person just has to be 18years old or older. An Aunt, Uncle, neighbor, older sibling.

Remember if we can't fill these positions we can possibly forfeit our earnings.

Just to clarify, if your donation is your time seeing these students, that is perfectly fine! We want as many people to come out to see these performances as possible!

Any money brought in will be evenly distributed between the groups' booster programs.

Please plan to join us at our Annual Car Wash and Bake Sale on April 13th from 9:30am-2pm in the McClain's Parking Lot. All proceeds will be going to our Band and Guard Students for fees and Summer Camp.

Band Boosters has decided to do concessions for baseball⚾& softball🥎

You will just be supervising the band kiddos that will be doing the selling & be moving products to the fields to sell. Full details will be explained when u sign up.

We really need parents to step up & help. Its not fair to the other parents that are always helping & taking the whole load.

1 adult is needed for each field & if you volunteer u may sit in the stands and watch game (u can pick softball or baseball). The band kids are old enough to run the concession table. We just need supervision.

Time is from 4pm-9pm
