Hands-on learning is building bright futures at Immaculate High School! π¬ποΈ
Students in Immaculate High School's Civil Engineering and Architecture program recently put their skills to work by analyzing soil samples, carefully sifting and separating materials to determine the amounts of gravel, sand, and clay present. Through this real-world investigation, students learned how engineers classify soil and evaluate important properties such as bearing capacity, a critical factor in planning safe and successful construction projects.π
Experiences like these showcase how our Catholic schools prepare students for future careers through innovative, hands-on learning opportunities that connect classroom concepts to the real world. β¨
