We got to celebrate this big FIVE year old today with a Cinderella party! Happy day, sweet girl! We love you! 💕

Dry weather means the dress-up can come back out!! ☀️

Today we celebrated 🌎 Earth Day! 🌎 by planting a variety of sunflowers!! 🌻The kids talked about what they love most about our earth (playing at the beach, swimming in lakes, going on walks/hikes, and playing outside!), and how we can help take care of the earth (picking up trash, planting new trees and flowers, saying thank you to nature 💚).

We are so grateful to live and play in nature daily! We can create nature lovers by exposing our kiddos to all the wonderful things nature has to offer, teaching them to notice and appreciate it, and being role models as stewards of the earth. And we know that raising nature lovers means raising nature protectors! 💪🌲💓

We had such a great time at Lattin's Cider Mill today!! They are wonderful hosts. They served us cider donuts, fresh apple cider, and some of their blackberry cider milkshakes! 😋 The kids got to feed the animals, snuggle some newborn babies, and go on a super fun tractor train ride! Thank you so much to all the families who joined us and helped make the day special. These field trips are possible because of you! 💓

Today we did a guided drawing where the kids followed instructions one step at a time. They had to guess what we were drawing as we went. It was so funny! 😆 They all did a great job and had fun painting their piggies after they were done drawing them!

We've been learning a lot about farms here lately, and this week we had the kiddos do the teaching! At circle time, they each picked a farm picture and then talked to the group about what was happening in that picture and why. They described what they saw, elaborated with what they knew about the topic, and answered their friends' questions about it.

Social skills are something we work on a lot here. As the school year has gone on, these kids have gotten so good at taking turns in conversation and speaking up in the whole group! 💚

So much focus to balance their eggs! 😄 We had fun dying our eggs today, and making our doggos just as colorful 😆

Our Christmas party was so much fun! We made ornaments, had a dance party, ate lots of yummy food and treats, and opened gifts. Happy Holidays to all our friends and families! 💗
