If your child will be starting kindergarten this fall, please register your child as soon as possible and then join us on April 24 between 8 AM – 2 PM for the Kindergarten Roundup!

What to do:
First, register your child online:
• English and Spanish options are available: https://www.shelleyschools.org/dean-goodsell-elementary

Second, after registering, call Goodsell Elementary at (208) 357-5125 to schedule a specific time to meet a teacher within the 8 AM – 2 PM window on April 24.

We are excited to welcome Mr. Bingham to our school!

We are excited to introduce Mr. Brian Bingham as the new principal of Goodsell and the Shelley School District’s Director of Federal Programs. Since the Goodsell Kindergarten Center opened, its administrative position has been shared with the Shelley Work Based Academy. As that combination has become increasingly challenging, we are restructuring by pairing the Goodsell principalship with federal programs. This change will help us better serve students at Goodsell and throughout the district.

Mr. Bingham joins us after spending the last nine years with the Alturas Academy Network of Schools, where he helped open the schools and develop their educational programs. Prior to his time at Alturas, he taught Spanish. His bilingualism, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) endorsement, and broad experience in education will be a tremendous asset to our students and staff at Goodsell, as well as to our Title, English Language Learner, Migrant, and Homeless programs.

We are fortunate to have Mr. Bingham join the Shelley team!
