Kindergarten Registration for the 26-27 school year will begin March 9, 2026. The link will be found on the Shelley School District website under Goodsell Elementary. Your child must be 5 on or before September 1, 2026. You must have an official birth certificate, immunization record and proof of residency attached with this application. Congratulations to the Sunrise Elementary Faculty and Staff. The school was named a Promising Practices school for their work with Professional Learning Communities and Response to Intervention. They are one of two schools in Idaho that have been recognized for their hard work.

We have started our annual Coins for Christmas drive! Students can bring pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and even paper money to school to donate towards buying shoes for kids in need. The class from each grade level with the most money will get donuts!
