📣 Plot twist… HHA has room for one more!
We’ve been doing a little rearranging behind the scenes to make schedules work better for our current team, and that shuffle created a brand-new opportunity!💛
So, we’re looking for one more amazing person to join the HHA family as a Substitute Teacher! 🧸✨
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to work with children but is looking for a flexible schedule. You’ll receive 3–4 weeks of in-classroom training to learn our routines, classrooms, and HHA way of doing things. After training, this position will typically be 1 scheduled day per week, with opportunities to pick up additional days when teachers are sick, on vacation, or need a personal day.
Typical schedule after training: At least 1 day per week, with occasional additional hours available
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Is dependable, responsible, and has **LOTS of patience!**
✅ Has a high school diploma or GED
✅ Is 18 years or older
✅ Loves working with children and is comfortable in a classroom setting
✅ Can pass required background checks and fingerprinting
✅ Is willing to complete all required childcare training
✅ Has childcare experience (a plus, but not required!)
✅ Is willing to learn, jump in, and be part of our family!
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is kind, dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoys being around little ones. 💛
