We had a great time connecting with families at the Shelby County WIC Neighborhood Farmers Market on September 1! 🌽🍅

Our YLCC Manager, Maribel, stopped by to share information about The Excel Center Shelbyville and let community members know that it’s never too late to come back to school and earn a high school diploma.

Thank you to Shelby County WIC and the community partners who make events like this possible. We’re grateful for every opportunity to meet our neighbors, share resources, and help connect families with educational opportunities. 💚

Dakota McLaughlin faced significant challenges growing up, but with encouragement from his probation officer, he took the first step toward a brighter future by enrolling at The Excel Center.

Despite initial concerns about his learning disability, Dakota found the support he needed to work toward his goals and earn his high school diploma.
