When we started Soccer Skills Academy's summer program, our goal was simple—to create an affordable opportunity for Bedford County players to get extra technical touches during the summer.

We genuinely enjoyed every session and are grateful to the players and families who came out and supported the idea in June.

After giving it a try this summer, we've decided not to continue the Saturday group training sessions. While we loved coaching, the participation simply wasn't consistent enough to justify setting aside our Saturday mornings.

That's okay.

Not every good idea becomes a long-term project, and this was always something we wanted to try—not a business we planned to grow.

Thank you to everyone who attended, shared a post, encouraged a player, or supported us along the way. We truly appreciate it.

We wish all of our Bedford County players and teams a fantastic season, and we'll be cheering you on from the sidelines.

Happy 4th of July from Soccer Skills Academy! We are taking this Saturday off to celebrate with our families and enjoy everything this holiday has to offer.

No training session on July 4th — but July sessions are coming soon. Stay tuned and enjoy the holiday. 🇺🇸⚽

Session 2 is in the books and Session 3 signups are open for June 20.

Today was a great one — working the less dominant foot, changing direction in tight spaces, dribbling through traffic, and getting proper technique on passing and ball striking with the laces. Fast paced, lots of touches, and every player left with something to work on.

Each session stands on its own. Whether you've been with us from the start or this Saturday is your first time on the field — you'll be challenged, you'll get better, and you'll fit right in. That's the whole point.

Session 3 is Saturday June 20 at SCHS grass field.
Middle School — 8:00 to 9:00 AM
High School — 9:30 to 10:30 AM

Life is busy. We get it. Sign up for the weeks that work and skip the ones that don't — no commitment, just show up and get better. $15 per session, cash or Venmo on training day.
