Its been a busy month processing honey, We processed 7 gallons of fresh local honey, I was so excited to have a gallon to use on my large batch of elderberry syrup using the last of last years elderberries. Then I’m saving a gallon for this years elderberry harvest which leads me to the extra honey I have to sell to friends. I have 18 fluid Oz jars with and without comb.
