CCS beginning teachers are already putting their classroom grants to good use!

From everyday classroom supplies to educational materials and resources, these grants are helping teachers get what they need to create engaging, welcoming classrooms for their students.

We are grateful to the community partners, local businesses, and individual donors who made these grants possible.

We're proud to invest in our teachers and help them start the school year with the resources they need to make a difference in the lives of their students!

Today, the Cleveland County Schools Educational Foundation was proud to invest in the future of Cleveland County Schools by presenting every first-year beginning teacher with a $500 classroom supply grant.

This marks the first time the Foundation has provided these grants, reinforcing our commitment to supporting educators from the very beginning of their careers. In the coming weeks, BT1 mentors will also receive a $250 stipend in recognition of the invaluable guidance, encouragement, and support they provide to our newest teachers.

These grants are made possible through the generosity of our community partners, local businesses, and individual donors. Their support allows us to invest directly in the educators who are making a difference in the lives of Cleveland County students.

We hope these grants help beginning teachers create welcoming, well-equipped classrooms and provide the resources they need to make a positive impact on students from day one.

As they begin this exciting new chapter, we wish all of our first-year teachers a successful and rewarding school year. Thank you for choosing to make a difference in the lives of Cleveland County students. We are honored to support the educators who are shaping the future of our community!
